We're looking for an experienced Australia Counselor. If you have proven experience in managing student applications for Australian universities and a genuine passion for guiding students toward their academic goals, company will be excited to welcome you in the team!
Provide personalized guidance to students on study opportunities in Australia, including information on admission criteria, tuition fees, available scholarships, and career prospects.
Manage and oversee the complete application process to Australian universities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to institutional requirements.
Support students in crafting compelling Statements of Purpose (SOP) and preparing Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) documentation aligned with Australian visa requirements.
Offer expert assistance throughout the Australian student visa application process, ensuring full compliance with Department of Home Affairs (DHA) regulations.
Liaise effectively with Australian universities to track application status, manage communications, and facilitate timely admissions decisions.
Review and verify all academic, financial, and supporting documents to ensure they meet application and visa requirements.
Maintain regular communication with students and universities to monitor progress, address concerns, and provide continuous support throughout the application cycle.
Stay informed on updates to Australian education policies, newly launched university programs, and evolving scholarship opportunities to better guide students.

Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in the Australia department of an educational consultancy (mandatory).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with students and university representatives.
Sound understanding of Australian university admission procedures, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems for managing student data and communication.
Strong counseling and advisory abilities with a professional approach to handling student queries and concerns.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and coordinate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
