Job Description

  • Accessing offer applications for Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand from in-house and partner agencies.
  • Responding to the partners and counselor's queries regarding offer applications for Australia and Canada.
  • Managing all inquiry and admissions related correspondence, and communicating information to relevant staff in the organization.
  • Reporting admission manager in Australia regarding the offer application reports, trends, updates.
  • Coordinating with clients and communicating with the Clients, Counselors and Partners for documentation needs.
  • Ensuring smooth offer application process through communication of documentation needs, updating recent updates from the education providers in a timely manner.
  • Complying with the existing compliance mechanism for through quality checks, and Maintaining cordial relationships with partners and branches.
  • Attending Training and seminars for Australia and Canada with the representatives and empowering
  • Admission team of branches and franchises.
  • Attending any additional job that has been outlined
  • Enter and maintain clients’ information in CRM system
  • Any other tasks the management will allocate to you time to time
