Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Admission Officer to support admissions and marketing activities at GATE. The role involves handling admission inquiries, coordinating the admission process, supporting marketing initiatives, and engaging with prospective students through outreach and promotional activities.

Specific Tasks

Assist in developing and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.
Maintain and respond to admission inquiries
Maintain and update student database and admission records
Conduct school visits, educational fairs, and career counseling sessions.
Prepare marketing materials and assist in digital marketing activities.
Supporting lead generation, conversion tracking, and reporting
Coordinate entrance interviews and admission documentation.
Collaborate with the internal department to ensure smooth admission processing.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales or admissions (preferably in the education or hospitality sector)
Fresh graduates with strong communication and marketing aptitude may also apply.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and social media platforms
