We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and people-oriented individuals to join our Admissions Team. If you are passionate about guiding students and building your career in education and outreach, we encourage you to apply.

The position combines sales, marketing, and team leadership, requiring proactive communication with prospective students and families, promoting the institution, and supporting enrollment growth.

What you’ll do:

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both strategy and teamwork. You’ll lead the admissions effort and help the team achieve its goals.

Guide and manage the admissions counseling team
Plan and execute strategies to meet student enrollment targets
Monitor inquiries, conversions, and overall team performance
Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and outreach
Analyze data and prepare reports to improve results
Manage CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups
Build relationships with schools, colleges, and partners
Train and support counselors to improve their performance

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s is a plus) in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in admissions, sales, or marketing
Good understanding of sales processes and conversion strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
