We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Admission Officer to lead student recruitment and enrollment activities. This role plays a key part in driving admissions growth, guiding prospective students, and strengthening institutional presence in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve admission targets across all academic programs.
Conduct school/college visits, seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutional partners.
Provide accurate information on programs, entry requirements, fees, scholarships, and career pathways.
Guide students throughout the admission process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
Ensure a positive, professional, and student-centered counseling experience.
Manage the complete application cycle, including document collection, verification, screening, and eligibility checks.
Coordinate with academic departments for final admission approvals.
Maintain accurate and updated student records in CRM/admission systems.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute recruitment campaigns.
Contribute content ideas for social media, website, and promotional materials.
Track and analyze conversion rates from inquiries, leads, and events.
Coordinate with academic coordinators, front desk, and finance teams for smooth enrollment and onboarding.
Ensure all admissions processes comply with institutional policies and partner university guidelines.
Participate in internal meetings, planning sessions, and reporting activities.
Prepare weekly and monthly admission reports, including forecasts and conversion statistics.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve recruitment strategies.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
Maintain high standards of communication and service quality.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins.
Handle student and parent concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of student records.
Support audits, compliance checks, and quality assurance processes.
Assist in pre-orientation and orientation programs for newly admitted students.
Coordinate with academic teams for class allocations and induction schedules.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or similar roles (preferably in educational institutions)

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet targets and perform under pressure
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admission systems
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work flexible hours during peak admission seasons
Strong teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
