People and Culture Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Manager with at least 2–3 years of experience in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, strengthening employee relations, and supporting the institution’s commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, and training programs in line with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and Nepal Labor Law.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with GATE’s overall business objectives.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace matters.
• Manage the recruitment, selection, and staff performance review process.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all materials and information during the tenure.
• Champion a Quality Culture that supports quality assurance, continuous improvement, and high performance to ensure best practices.
