Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management & Control Head and other project team members.
  • Organize, schedule, and maintain information in project management software.  Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate project-related paperwork, including contracts, permits, and invoices.
  • Interface with internal departments and external partners, including suppliers, contractors, and clients.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for easy access and retrieval of information.
