  • Strong communication, coordination and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Nepali both written and Spoken.
  • Computer information and database record keeping systems, including personal applications, spreadsheet programs and work processing.
  • Should be honest, polite and friendly
  • Strong knowledge of procurement procedure.
  • Driving License Holder.


Job Description

  • Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, data entry, and database management.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and team members as needed.
  • Processing of Supply requisitions for office premises.
  • Proper maintenance, servicing and repair of all office assets and building.
  • Maintaining daily vehicle logs.
  • Maintain Employee records and HR documents.
  • Processing payroll and other payment request for the further approval.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the Office.
