Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking organized and responsible individuals with at least 1 year of experience in Data Entry and Collection Representatives. The ideal candidates will be capable of Candidates should be accurate, efficient, and capable of maintaining confidential patient and financial records while coordinating smoothly with hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, verify, and record patient-related data from the cash/ticket counter and concerned hospital departments
Accurately enter patient, billing, and service-related data into hospital systems and databases
Manage daily cash collection at the cash/ticket counter and maintain proper records
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Check data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct them promptly
Maintain systematic filing and documentation of patient records and bill
Manage Health Insurance documentation, including filing, data entry, record maintenance, and coordination for insurance claims
Collect and maintain records related to health insurance patients and services
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, accounts, insurance desk, and other concerned departments for accurate data collection
Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information, financial records, and insurance documents
Support administrative tasks related to cash management, ticketing, and insurance processing as assigned

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 10+2 pass
At least 1 year of experience in data entry, data collection, or related work
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
Ability to maintain records and handle data with confidentiality
Good communication and coordination skills
