ASK Enlightenment is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations with strict discipline, structure, and consistency. The ideal candidate is highly disciplined, structured, and naturally responsible.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth daily operations with strict discipline, structure, and consistency.
Maintain daily operational systems-checklists, schedules, reports, and internal records-accurately and on time.
Handle important calls with students and parents, representing the institute’s voice professionally and calmly.
Coordinate with trainers, staff, and management to ensure tasks are executed on schedule.
Protect the reputation of the institution by enforcing policies firmly, fairly, and professionally.
Provide clear daily/weekly reporting to management so nothing remains pending or unclear.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree completed.
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Operations/Admin Management)
Strong communication skills in both Nepali and English.
Excellent at follow-ups, reporting, and making systems work consistently.
Soft-spoken, calm, and cheerful in communication, with a strong sense of honesty and professionalism, and someone who is consistently easy to work with.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
