Job Description

  • Responsible for the direct client coordination internationally
  • Sound Knowledge of E-correspondence in a most professional way and ensuring to provide immediate query support to clients through mails & calls
  • Responsible for providing complete administrative support to the organization by maintaining and bridging communication relationship between client and organization
  • Maintaining client’s schedules, bookings and recruitment drives update
  • Upon the receipt of new demand need to share the same to the follow up departments
  • Responsible to maintain Visa received records and to share that further to all the concerns
  • Responsible to maintain complaint logs and to forward that to the respective client’s after complete verification
  • Ensuring full circle of deployment process, while getting in touch with ticketing and immigration department
  • To ensure to keep the records of pre-approvals and demand letters
  • Responsible for the raising invoices to clients
  • Maintaining monthly deployment, repatriation and visa expiry report
