Job Description

  • Assists in maintaining and recording of the individual ‘Personnel file’ of the conpany under the supervision of Assistant Manager.
  • Drafts the company letters/correspondences and memos for internal circulation.
  • To update and upgrade the Administration Files as maintained by the department ensuring that it contains all the formal documents as prescribed in the policies and regulations of the company.
  • To keep record, check and verify the ‘Attendance Register’ as maintained by the company to keep track of time In/Out of the employees, their presence/absence or leave taken by them for informational use on salary disbursement.
  • Under the direction of the Asst. manager Admin examine the company run vehicles and the driver’s activities.
  • Performs clerical duties, including handling correspondence, preparing documents and maintaining filing system, and other duties as required.
  • To ensure the transmission of necessary information though internal notice/bulletin boards and its maintenance.
  • Coordinate with Internal Revenue Office (IRO), Bharatpur regarding issuing of ENA permit and excise stickers.
  • To make sure that the documents are submitted in time to IRO with no discrepancy and should be able to answer their queries in respect to the documents.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all contacts both inside and outside the factory with diplomatic approach.
  • Co ordinate in Information Technology (IT) related matters such as telephone, PABX, computers, networking switch, router, DVR and CCTV camera and other accessories. If any problems arise in these areas, should inform the Kathmandu City Office, IT department and the concerned party and do the follow ups.
