Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Finance Officer to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements within the automobile industry, supporting high-quality products such as Ford and KAIYI Motors. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely reports, supporting audits, and strengthening internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with financial laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards (including IFRS), while monitoring regulatory updates and implementing necessary changes.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and present financial data to management for decision-making.
Develop and maintain internal control systems, ensure proper documentation, and manage organized financial records with clear audit trails.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits, provide required data to auditors, and address audit findings with corrective actions.
Identify financial risks, analyze data for trends or discrepancies, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures across all branches, ensuring staff adherence to accounting and compliance guidelines.
Train staff on financial procedures and compliance requirements, and communicate regulatory updates across departments.
Promote transparency, ethical financial practices, and ensure timely reporting of all financial information to the Accounts Head.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Professional certification (CA/ACCA or equivalent) preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in compliance and financial reporting
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Sound knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Effective written and verbal communication skills
