Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Accounts / Finance Manager with an MBA in Finance and completed CA qualification. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, accounting, and real estate finance, and will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations while driving growth and ensuring compliance.

Key Kesponsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with its long-term goals.
Fund Raising from Venture Capitalist, Banks and other Investors.
Create and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial data and recommend
Manage the company's capital structure and funding requirements.
Evaluate and execute capital-raising strategies.
Ensure efficient cash flow management, monitoring cash reserves and liquidity.
Implement strategies to optimize working capital and manage investment opportunities.
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Build and maintain Banking Relationship.
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks related to real estate investments and operations.
Build and lead a high-performing finance and account department.
Evaluate potential real estate investments and development projects for financial viability and risk.
Implement cost control measures and optimize operational expenses.
Work with audits for timely completion of audits.
Ensure compliance with all government rules and regulations.
Independently able to handle the accounting department.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 10 years

Required Age:More than 25 years

Other Specification

MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification completed.
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of Nepalese laws, taxation, financial regulations, accounting principles, and real estate finance.
Excellent financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail, strong leadership, and decision-making abilities.
