  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping terminology and practice.
  • Knowledge of general record keping and filing systems.
  • Familiarity with office application is a plus.

Job Description

  • To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
  • Verify calculations and input codes in to the accounts system in an accurate manner.
  • Prepare bank account deposit documents and confirm deposit totals. May make bank account deposits.
  • Reconciles revenue reports on a monthly basis.
  • To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis.
  • Perform other tasks as identified by the senior associates.
