Job Description

  • Maintain manual books of accounts i.e. ledger, cash book, journal register, Sales Book, Purchase Book
  • Maintain Stock inventory and Stock Register
  • Maintain VAT records i.e. Sales, Purchase Register, VAT Return
  • Can submit monthly VAT report to Inland Revenue Office.
  • Prepare financial statement i.e. Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Schedules etc. from trial balance
  • Fill up advance tax forms and deposit the tax in bank
  • File various returns i.e. TDS return, Advance Tax Return, VAT Return electronically
  • Prepare Depreciation schedule as per Act and as per books of accounts.
