  • Knowledge of accounting software ( Swastik, Tally, Fact)
  • Knowledge of inventory management
  • Experience in spare parts management would be highly preferred
  • Must be computer literate with accounts background

Job Description

  • Receive customer enquiries and identify the correct part numbers using the parts catalogues
  • Advise the customers on replacement of related parts and benefits of using genuine part
  • Ensure that the quotations, sales orders, sales returns, warranties and application of customer discounts are performed as per the standard operating procedure
  • Follow-up back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised
  • Issue of bill & proper entry in parts software system after the spare parts is sold to the customers
  • Preparing parts to be parcel or placing parts in the warehouse in the right location and make warehouse neat and clean with 5S standard
  • Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
