Shakti Food Private Limited, a leading name in the ice cream industry in Nepal, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Account Assitant / Cashier to join our finance team. If you are a numbers-driven professional looking to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your performance will be evaluated based on the following core metrics:

Daily Cash Reconciliation: Maintain 100% accuracy in daily cash handling and ensure physical cash matches system records at the end of every business day.
Timely Data Entry: Ensure all sales, purchases, and expense vouchers are entered into the accounting software (busy) within 24 hours of the transaction.
Receivables Management: Regular tracking of credit sales to distributors/outlets to ensure timely collections and reduce the aging of debts.
Inventory Accuracy: Assist in monthly physical stock verification of ice cream products and raw materials, ensuring minimal variance between system and physical stock.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all VAT invoices are issued correctly and all supporting documents (bills/receipts) are filed systematically for audit readiness.

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum BBA, BBS, or equivalent degree with a specialization in Accounts/Finance.
Experience: 1–2 years (Preferred), but freshers with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and experience with accounting software .
Language: Fluent in written and spoken Nepali and English.
Integrity: High level of honesty and transparency in handling company funds.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of Nepal’s VAT and Tax regulations is a plus.
