Are you someone willing to do whatever it takes?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to manage financial records, support compliance activities, and ensure accurate reporting across business operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling accounting responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, invoices, bills, payments, and expense records.
Handle bank, vendor, customer, payroll, and internal account reconciliations.
Support payroll records, salary coordination, tax/VAT/TDS-related documentation, and compliance work.
Track cash flow, receivables, payables, business expenses, and financial commitments.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management.
Oversee UK restaurant/bar financial records, including sales, supplier payments, expenses, and cash flow tracking.
Coordinate with management, auditors, tax advisors, and external accountants when required.
Maintain accurate documentation, confidentiality, and strong financial controls.
Provide short, clear, and timely updates on finance tasks and urgent matters.
Identify accounting errors, gaps, risks, and improvement areas.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:Less than 30 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, payroll support, and Nepal tax/VAT processes.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Experience in hospitality, restaurant/bar, or international business accounting will be an advantage.
Strong memory, accuracy, clear communication, and pressure-handling ability.
Fast learner with strict instruction-following discipline.
Reliable, confidential, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without repeated follow-ups.

Work Setup:

6 working days per week
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly off may fall on Saturday or Sunday
Location: Madhyapur Thimi, Bhaktapur, Near Pepsicola
Age: 24 yrs to 30 yrs

Ideal Fit:

Someone who understands quickly, remembers accurately, communicates shortly, follows instructions properly, protects confidentiality, and delivers accurate finance work without repeated follow-ups.

Note: Salary is negotiable for the deserving candidate based on their experience and skills.
