Overall 6 - 8 years in GSM Network Maintenance with work experience of at least 2-3 years with MS Operations for Operator Environment.
Should have on Hand Field experience with reference to BTS & Transmission Network in GSM field.
Should have Continuous Network Improvement, Monitoring & Reviewing Skills.
Should be excellent team player,build a strong field team for delivery and develop individual FLEs by identifying training needs and nominate them for necessary trainings.

Maintain BTS, Microwave and Transmission, network availability as per the contract agreement with Operator.
Conduct necessary preventive and corrective maintenance with reference to BTS and Transmission Network
Monitor zonal spare availability and request for spares as per requirement.
Monitor zonal level RNR status in co-ordination with Logistics & Spares Co-coordinator.
Co-ordinate with Infra Providers to drive and improve network availability and BTS Site conditions with reference to assigned zone.
Co-ordinate with RNO department to improve coverage and manage customer complaints within cluster.
Interface with Organizational entities viz. NPM for KPI performance and Network Improvement
Assist and conduct network audit as per Operator request and stipulated conditions and ensure process & EHS adherence within the cluster
Plan deployment of Field Engineers and Vehicle deployment within the cluster to maximize operational efficiency.
