Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Workforce Management Executive is responsible for monitoring workforce performance, analyzing productivity data, and ensuring optimal utilization of resources. The role involves forecasting manpower requirements, preparing management reports, and supporting operational teams through data-driven insights and effective coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze productivity, utilization, and performance trends using Microsoft Excel.
Forecast manpower requirements based on workload, call volume, or production demand.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly workforce reports for management review.
Monitor schedule adherence and coordinate with the team leads to address deviations.
Develop and maintain Excel-based tools, dashboards, and templates to automate reporting and improve data accuracy.
Support workforce planning activities to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or Masters running in Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

Min. 1 years of experience in MIS reporting, data handling and analytical role.
Hands-on working experience in Intermediate Excel-based reporting is a must.

Required Skills & Competencies

Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage complex datasets under tight deadlines

Other Information

Office Timing: 7 AM to 3 PM
