Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record keeping, and support compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling financial tasks independently in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and vouchers
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment documentation
• Handle daily banking activities, including deposits and bank reconciliation
• Maintain accounting records using Tally software and MS Excel
• Prepare VAT, TAX, and other statutory reports as per government regulations
• Coordinate with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) when required
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor expenses and support budgeting and financial planning processes
• Ensure proper filing, documentation, and audit readiness
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
