Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at Pretty Click. This role is critical in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, and smooth coordination between procurement, retail stores, and online orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, dispatching goods)
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Implement systems to minimize stock loss, damage, and expiry (very important for cosmetics)
Manage order fulfillment for retail stores and e-commerce (Daraz, website, etc.)
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock planning
Ensure proper storage conditions for beauty/skincare products
Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and space utilization
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, or related field
3–5 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management (FMCG or retail preferred)
Strong knowledge of inventory systems and stock control
Good leadership and team management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or retail industry
Familiarity with expiry tracking and batch management
Experience handling e-commerce logistics
