Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and hands-on Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our jewellery manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing production teams, coordinating manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient factory operations with minimal day-to-day intervention from senior management.

The Factory Manager will work closely with experienced production personnel to improve workflow, productivity, accountability, and overall operational performance

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
Supervise factory workers, technicians, and other staff to ensure productivity and discipline.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
Manage raw materials, inventory, equipment, and other production resources efficiently.
Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
Implement workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized factory environment.
Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, warehouse, and other departments for smooth operations.
Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and applicable safety standards.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Minimum Experience:

At least 3 years of relevant experience in factory operations, manufacturing, production supervision, or operations management.
