• Greet and escort customers to the tables
• Present menu and must have excellent communication skills to provide additional information by the guests and vice versa, to the kitchen regarding any special orders
• Prepare tables by setting up silverware and glasses for lunch and dinner services
• Offer menu recommendations in a professional friendly manner
• Take accurate orders and serve beverages and food accordingly
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems to the Restaurant Director
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area at all times
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments
• Provide professional and warm customer service to each and every guests
