The Vocational Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all vocational training programs by coordinating between departments, managing administrative tasks, and supporting students throughout their training journey. The role involves documentation management, maintaining academic records, assisting in PR and marketing activities, and ensuring effective communication among GATE, trainees, instructors, and external agencies. The coordinator also supports examination processes and ensures compliance with Occupational Health & Safety and ISO quality standards.
