We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and responsible Front Desk & Accountant to join Kantipur Education Development Council.

This is a dual-role position ideal for a candidate who can efficiently manage financial responsibilities while maintaining a professional and welcoming front office presence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, students, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence efficiently.
Maintain front office records and administrative documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth daily operations.
Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs.

Accounting Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Prepare financial reports, statements, and assist in budget preparation.
Monitor cash flow and maintain proper documentation of transactions.
Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
Prior front desk or administrative experience will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
