Join a fast-growing media team led by Creative Lead in our Australia office.

Are you passionate about visual storytelling and bringing ideas to life through video? Do you live and breathe social media content? We’re looking for a talented and driven Junior Video Editor based in Nepal to join our expanding media team, led by our Creative Lead in Australia. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our content team to craft compelling video content that showcases Flint’s brand story and strengthen our digital presence.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills, contribute creatively, and be part of a dynamic, fast-moving team making an impact across digital platforms.

What you’ll do:

Create punchy, emotionally engaging video edits for social platforms
Transform long-form content into high-performing short-form videos
Edit for multiple formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube)
Use AI tools and smart workflows to increase speed without sacrificing quality
Match pacing, music, captions, and visuals to modern social trends
Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and dynamic transitions
Collaborate with the creative team to refine concepts and storytelling
Help shape and maintain the visual identity of a premium brand

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Requirements:

1+ year of video editing experience
Strong portfolio showcasing short-form social content
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve
Working knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics tools (preferred)
Experience with AI-powered editing tools and workflows
Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Good written and spoken English communication skills
