Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive and experienced Loan Processing Analyst to support our Australian mortgage operations. You will play a key role in managing loan applications from submission to settlement, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and accountability in delivering high-quality service to clients and brokers. Ideal candidates are proactive, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting Australian lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end loan processing - file preparation, lodgement, tracking, and settlement.
Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
Liaise with brokers, clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth workflow and timely communication.
Provide clients with clear updates and guidance throughout the loan process.
Identify and resolve issues proactively to prevent delays.
Collaborate with the credit and processing team to improve efficiency and client experience.
Take full ownership of assigned responsibilities, maintaining accountability for the progress and quality of loan applications.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of loan applications.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services.
Prior experience in Australian mortgage broking or loan processing is essential.
Semi-qualified CAs or Bachelors in a relevant field with minimum of 1 year of work experience in the industry.
An experience in an Australian Mortgage Broking company within the same role is desirable.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proven commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive client experience.
Proficiency with mortgage loan processing software and Microsoft Office suite.
Proactive, positive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and ensuring smooth loan processing.
