We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to help build our digital presence through engaging videos, photos, and social media content.

Job Summary:

The Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, filming, editing, and publishing engaging content for Bhetayo’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, storytelling, short-form video creation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging short-form videos, reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
Visit service locations and capture behind-the-scenes, before/after, customer interaction, and technician work videos
Plan and execute content ideas aligned with Bhetayo’s marketing campaigns
Write creative captions, scripts, and social media post content
Shoot and edit videos using mobile phones or cameras
Edit videos using CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software
Design simple graphics and thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop
Maintain content calendar and ensure regular posting
Stay updated with viral trends, audio, and social media algorithms
Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for campaign execution
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
Occasionally appear on camera for promotional or informative content

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Basic to intermediate video shooting and editing skills
Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn content formats
Creative storytelling and strong communication skills
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut,
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good understanding of trending content formats and audience engagement
Fluent in Nepali; English communication is an advantage
Prior experience in content creation, videography, or social media management is preferred but not mandatory

Preferred Qualities:

Energetic and creative mindset
Comfortable with field visits and outdoor shoots
Understanding of home service industry content
Ability to create relatable and viral Nepali audience-focused content
Team player with positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary from NPR 30,000 to 36,000
Travel & Daily Allowance (TADA)
Dashain Bonus as per company policy
