Job Description

Prototype and ship growth automations that discover, enrich, and qualify B2B opportunities from public web sources. Use vibe-coding tools and lightweight Node scripts to build pipelines end to end, from discovery to enrichment to outreach drafting. Focus on reliability, evidence, and speed of iteration, working directly with the CTO and sales team.

What you will do

  • Prototype growth workflows, then harden them into daily jobs with monitoring
  • Build web discovery and enrichment flows using public pages and safe APIs
  •  Integrate LLMs, search, enrichment tools, email, and spreadsheets where useful
  • Maintain reliability: retries, rate limits, de-duplication, logging
  • Enforce guardrails: respect robots.txt, avoid logged-in platforms, cite sources for any claims
  • Collaborate with Sales on experiments and measure impact
  • Document runbooks and create simple internal tools or dashboards when helpful

How we work

  • Evidence First: All automations must log and surface the source link for every extracted claim
  • Ethical Automation: No scraping of logged-in platforms or violating terms of service
  • Small, Measurable Experiments: Ship small, measure impact, and then scale
