Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

To collect, analyze, and present data that empowers the business to make informed, data-driven decisions across marketing, sales, sourcing, inventory, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Analysis

Gather and analyze data from multiple sources: website, app, ads, sales, inventory, and customer behavior.
Develop models and test hypotheses to predict future demands and trends across different divisions.
Track key KPIs across departments (CR, RR, AOV, ROAS, inventory turnover, conversion rate, etc.).

2. Dashboard & Reporting

Design and maintain dashboards for real-time business performance tracking using tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to marketing, operations, sourcing, and finance teams.

3. E-commerce Funnel & Marketing Analytics

Analyze user journey data to identify drop-offs, conversion trends, and campaign performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to track effectiveness of Meta/Google Ads, influencer campaigns, and email marketing.

4. Cross-functional Insights

Support category managers, sourcing team, and warehouse with data on fast/slow-moving items, stockouts, and lead times.
Forecast demand and sales units, values and trends to help plan procurement and marketing.

5. Automation & Data Hygiene

Automate recurring reports using scripts, spreadsheets, and integrations (e.g., Google Sheets + BigQuery).
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across tools.

6. Strategic Inputs

Provide actionable insights that directly improve ROI, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Assist in forecasting and budgeting models based on historic and current data.
