Assisting students with completing application forms/ sop's and preparing for interviews.
Facilitating cross-cultural communication and exchange, and helping students to prepare for cultural differences and expectations.
Collaborating with other staff members to ensure that students have a smooth and successful experience.
Providing guidance on academic and personal concerns, including academic credits, cultural differences, health and safety issues, and other important matters.
