Job Description

The BHM Assistant at our College in Kathmandu is responsible for providing administrative and academic support within the Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) program by assisting BHM coordinator. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining academic records, course materials, and student files.
  • Coordinate scheduling of classes, exams, and guest lectures.
  • Handle correspondence and communication within the department.
  • Support faculty members in preparing course materials, presentations, and assessments.
  • Assist students with academic inquiries, course registrations, and scheduling appointments with advisors.
  • Maintain academic databases and records related to student performance.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events such as seminars, workshops, and industry visits for BHM students.
  • Collaborate with faculty and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to students regarding program requirements, career opportunities, and academic policies.
  • Address student concerns, escalate issues when necessary, and maintain a supportive learning environment.
