We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to the growth of our client base. In this role, you will serve as the face of the company and play a key role in driving revenue by implementing effective sales strategies.

As a Travel Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to grow and enhance business operations by identifying new market opportunities and cultivating strong relationships with clients, specifically within the education sector, including schools and school authorities as well as corporate clients and B2B clients. You will be involved in strategic planning, market positioning, and client engagement to improve overall profitability and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and B2B partners
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to client needs
Design and present customized travel itineraries and solutions
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, and field visits
Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems and sales tools

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or Marketing (preferred).
Diploma or certification in Tourism Management, IATA, or Travel Sales (an advantage).

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in travel sales, tourism or hospitality.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online booking systems.
Can present well, confident

Must own a two-wheeler
Valid driving license required
