Should have minimum 4-6 years of experience in the related field
Previous experience in planning or scheduling resources in a complex, multi-skilled environment
Good people management skills

Responsible for direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles, such as coasters, cars
Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements
Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints
Serve as contact persons for all workers within assigned territories
Implement schedule and policy changes
Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives
Run daily scheduling reports as specified in processes and Scheduling Reports Guidelines, check the reports
Manage the day to day relationship with the agencies and subcontractors, monitoring quality and performance, recording relevant information in a spreadsheet
Vehicle: Issue daily driver debrief forms and ensure they are completed and returned for all vehicles in use
Staff: Supervise drivers on a day to day basis as required for scheduling
General: Escalate any issues to the Manager as required. Review processes and systems and suggest improvements
