• To implement Training programs in the region as per the training plan of the country
• To support manpower (Insurance sales representative’s) growth and development through an effective training program in the region
• To equip distribution channels with fundamental insurance knowledge, practical competence, professional attitude and ethical behavior in the region.
• To independently run/customize training programs on effective manner as per the need of the target audience
• To provide timely feedback on training needs and propose relevant training programs to Function Supervisor/Director
• Measure & Maintain records of training programs’ effectiveness in the region
• Prepare & Report training related MIS on a regular basis for the region
• Collaborate within Distribution channels (Agency, Bancassurance & Group Business) & support Function to achieve desired goals in the region
• To carry out other task and duties as delegated by his supervisor/Director

Educational Description:

Education: Minimum Master’s degree or equivalent with at least second division score.
