Job Description

Objective: 

To jumpstart your career in HR consulting and business solutions by supporting our team in client communication, project delivery, and the creation of impactful HR resources. This phase is designed to give you hands-on experience in our core services, with a focus on product offerings and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Collaboration Support

  • Serve as a key communication link, assisting in client interactions, meetings, and partnerships.
  • Draft clear and professional meeting minutes, project updates, and communication materials.
  • Provide responsive and timely support for client inquiries to foster positive, long-term relationships.

Project & Deliverables Management Support

  • Contribute to seamless project execution by managing timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Support the creation of high-quality client presentations and project deliverables.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet our stringent quality standards and deadlines.

Content Development & Market Research Support

  • Assist in gathering market research and client feedback to support strategic content development.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging HR content (articles, blogs, and resources) for multiple platforms.
  • Identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth in consulting, training, and software.

Learning & Development

  • Participate actively in training sessions to develop expertise in HR consulting, Real HRSoft, and content creation.
  • Shadow senior consultants to gain valuable insights into industry best practices.
  • Build a strong foundation in the Nepali HR landscape, including relevant regulations and trends.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist in operational tasks such as proposal writing, contract preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client interactions and project progress.
