CAFA Experts is an international accounting outsourcing firm based in Kathmandu. Our team processes live client data for businesses overseas - bank transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting - using cloud platforms including Xero (primarily), QuickBooks Online, and MYOB.
We are hiring smart, ambitious fresh graduates to join our production team.
The Role
No prior experience required. We will train you in international accounting standards from Day 1. What we need from you is the speed, accuracy, and discipline to learn fast.
What you'll do:
Undergo structured training in international accounting and bookkeeping standards.
Process high-volume bank transactions and reconciliations in Xero, QuickBooks Online, and MYOB.
Prepare and verify data before it reaches Senior Reviewers - accuracy is everything in this role.

Who We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree (BBS / BBA) or currently pursuing ACCA.
Tech skills: Confident with Excel (formulas, shortcuts) and fast, accurate typing.
English: Strong written English is essential - you'll be working with international client files daily.
Mindset: You learn quickly, ask good questions, and take feedback seriously. You pay attention to detail without being reminded.
