World Favour Japanese School is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience handling financial records in an educational or service-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and books of accounts
Prepare daily and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Handle payroll processing and staff-related payments
Ensure timely tax filing and compliance with statutory requirements
Monitor expenses, budgets, and cash flow
Coordinate with auditors and provide the required financial documentation
Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, invoices, and receipts

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Education Level:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (experience in educational institutions preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Honest, reliable, and responsible
