Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year
Other Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tour operations, with a focus on both inbound and outbound travel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of air ticketing systems will be given priority.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop and travel booking software.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel as required.
  • Knowledge on Digital Marketing Will be given priority.

Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound tour packages, including transportation, accommodation, activities, and meals, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients.
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers to negotiate rates, secure bookings, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of competitive pricing and high-quality services.
  • Assist clients with travel inquiries, providing expert advice on destinations, attractions, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, travel documents, and invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes to travel arrangements promptly and efficiently, minimizing disruptions for clients.
