You must have experience in the tour and trekking industry. Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali. We are currently looking for a versatile Nepal Tour Officer, Content Writer, and Sales Specialist for a night shift position. This role is not only focused on managing tours and content creation but also emphasizes strong sales skills. In the first few months, the successful candidate will be assigned to a special project requiring a blend of sales acumen, project management, and operational expertise.

Updated Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance: Drive sales by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized tour packages and services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Tour and Project Management: In addition to regular tour officer duties, take charge of a specific project during the initial months. This may involve special tours, partnerships, or promotional activities.
Content Creation and Marketing: Produce compelling content for various platforms, focusing on promoting tours and services. Utilize SEO techniques to increase visibility and attract potential clients.
Client Correspondence and Operations: Manage all aspects of client communication, ensuring exceptional service from inquiry to post-tour feedback. Efficiently handle operational tasks related to tours and sales.
Rate Negotiation and Vendor Liaison: Negotiate with vendors and partners to secure the best rates and services. Build and maintain strong relationships for future collaboration.
IT and Website Collaboration: Work alongside IT professionals in developing a user-friendly, sales-oriented website. Provide insights from a sales perspective to enhance online presence.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports. Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.

Updated Qualifications:

Strong background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in tour management, content writing, and project management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and web content creation.
Technical savvy, comfortable working with IT teams and digital tools.
Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing project requirements.
