Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking Support Officer to join our customer-support and field-support team across Kathmandu, Biratnagar, and Bhairahawa. The candidate will serve as first point of contact for users, handling calls, collecting user data, assisting in onboarding, assisting with app-related queries, and supporting smooth user registration and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound and outbound calls from users, including shippers, drivers, and carriers.
Help with user onboarding and registration: collect required data from shippers/truckers, guide them through app installation and usage.
Record user information, maintain accurate documentation of calls, registrations, issues & update company database/records.
Provide first-level user support: address common issues, answer questions, and escalate more complex problems to higher levels.
Coordinate with other team members or departments (operations, field agents, management) for data collection, follow-ups, and support tasks.
Maintain professionalism and high standard of customer service during all interactions.

Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Management, Communications, or related field)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (local languages and English)
Basic computer literacy (MS Office / spreadsheets / data entry) and comfort using digital tools
Good interpersonal skills, customer-service orientation, and patience under pressure.
Ability to work in teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Flexibility to work in shifts or as per demands (since support may involve call handling)
