Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Tour Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing customized tour packages, coordinating bookings and logistics, and ensuring that every client enjoys a seamless and memorable travel experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop new tour packages along with costing
Designing flexible tour packages to meet the needs of different clients
Exploring and identifying new business opportunities
Making sure all travel arrangements run according to plan and that accommodation, meals, and service are perfect
Liaising with hotels, travel arrangements, restaurants, and other clients
Ensuring that the tour is running smoothly for all members of the group
Answering guest queries and offering help with any problems that arise
Dealing with emergencies i.e. guest who is unwell or those needing to contact family members, etc
Reporting and maintaining records of trip
Keeping a log of guest feedback and notify of any changes required

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Should have completed a bachelor's degree from a reputed University. (Preferred Travel and Tourism)
Should have a minimum work experience of 2 years, and preference will be given to those who have worked in the Tours department
Knowledge of Ticketing will be a plus
Must be fluent in spoken and written English
Must possess a positive attitude, polite manners, and a pleasant personality
Having good corresponding skills
Possesses in-depth knowledge of tour costing, ensuring accurate pricing and profitability for all travel packages
Should be able to work under pressure and be able to handle any situation with patience, and be results-oriented
Knowledge of an additional language will be an advantage
Self-motivation, energy, commitment, and ability to work independently, whilst able to interact effectively and professionally with internal and external parties
