Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking to hire a dedicated and dynamic individual who can manage tasks from clients, coordinate requirements, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple client interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Understand client needs, requirements, and expectations
Communicate updates and project status regularly
Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally

Task & Requirement Handling

Collect, analyze, and document client requirements
Assign tasks to the internal team and ensure timely delivery
Monitor work progress and follow up on pending tasks
Ensure no delays occur that may cause financial dues to exceed limits

Coordination & Communication

Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams
Conduct requirement meetings, follow-ups, and clarification sessions
Ensure all tasks are completed as per client specifications

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of client interactions and task updates
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
Document requirements, revisions, and approvals

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under deadlines and handle pressure
Knowledge of task management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.) – preferred
Basic understanding of project workflows
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Experience Required

1–3 years in client coordination, client management, or project coordination
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Additional Requirements

Must be able to follow up with clients professionally
Must ensure tasks do not generate dues beyond allowed limits
Must maintain smooth communication between internal teams and clients
Should be flexible with time when needed for urgent client queries
