Roles and responsibilities of this job

VS Infrastructure is a growing engineering and construction company engaged in end-to-end project services, including designing, construction, and full project completion. We are expanding our team and invite competent candidates to apply for the following positions:

Key Responsibilities

Oversee overall finance, accounts, and compliance functions of the company.
Prepare financial statements, project cost reports, forecasts, and MIS reports.
Manage budgeting, cash flow planning, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with Nepal’s VAT, TDS, tax filing, labor law, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, contractors, and management.
Review project bills, BOQs, invoicing, procurement documents, and contracts.
Maintain accounting systems and supervise junior accounts staff.
Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory deductions.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance or Accounting (CA/ACCA partially qualified preferred).
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in construction/project-based companies preferred.
Strong knowledge of VAT, TDS, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally/Accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
