Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a TITI Certified Counselor to provide professional career counseling and psycho-social support to our clients, with a strong focus on employability, skill development, and personal growth. The counselor will work with youth, adults, and job seekers to help them identify suitable career paths, education options, and overcome personal barriers.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide accurate and genuine information, advice, and support, as well as assist with the application processing for international students seeking placement in Japanese educational institutions.
Manage and execute all documentation procedures, and coordinate with the Japan office, educational institutions, and Japanese immigration authorities as required.
Promote the organization’s services and products in alignment with enrollment objectives and targets.
Provide support and appropriate referrals for students facing issues unrelated to placement.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum of one year of experience in education counselling.
Must hold TITI certification (Educational Counselor Training).
Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Persuasive communicator with the confidence to speak effectively in public; a true people person.
Possesses a long-term vision and commitment to professional growth.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Maintains a positive and constructive attitude at all times.
