Education Counselor

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and motivated Education Counselor for Australia and New Zealand to join our growing Study Abroad team. The ideal candidate will guide students through every stage of their international education journey—from selecting the right course and university to visa application and pre-departure support. Experience with Australia is highly preferred, while knowledge of New Zealand or other study destinations is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Career Guidance

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' educational background, career goals, and aspirations.
• Guide students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and study destinations based on their qualifications, interests, and budget.
• Provide career counseling and educational planning aligned with long-term career objectives.
• Explain admission requirements, language proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, etc.), and university application processes.

Study Abroad Counseling

• Counsel students on studying in Australia (priority), New Zealand, and other destinations.
• Provide accurate information on admission procedures, scholarships, accommodation, student life, and cultural adaptation.
• Guide students through visa requirements and immigration procedures.
• Assist students with documentation, financial requirements, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), and visa applications.

Application & Documentation

• Assist students in preparing and submitting university applications.
• Review application documents, personal statements, and SOPs.
• Monitor application progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation and student records.

Visa Counseling

• Provide guidance on student visa processes and documentation.
• Stay updated with immigration policies and visa regulations.
• Candidates with experience in visa documentation and visa lodgment will be given preference.

Student Relationship Management

• Follow up with inquiries and prospective students to achieve admission targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
• Maintain accurate records and update student information in the CRM system.
• Correspond with students via phone, email, and online platforms.

Business Development & Marketing Support

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Develop educational content for brochures, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and official correspondence.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, educational fairs, and occasional field visits.

Continuous Learning

• Stay informed about university updates, admission policies, scholarship opportunities, and immigration regulations.
• Participate in professional development programs, training, and industry events.
• Perform other duties assigned by management to support organizational growth
