Admission and Counseling Officer

Department: Admission and Student Counseling

We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and multitasking Admission and Counseling Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and grow.

The officer will be responsible for handling prospective student enquiries, counseling students and parents, supporting the admission process, maintaining student records, concept & content creation for all social media platforms, assisting & coordinating with the admin and concerned department in admission-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student and parent enquiries through phone, social media, email, and walk-in visits.
• Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
• Conduct student counseling and admission consultations.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain and regularly update admission records, enquiry databases, and student documents.
• Coordinate with students regarding application forms, documentation, payments, orientation, and other admission requirements.
• Assist in organizing admission campaigns, counseling sessions, orientations, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth student admission experience.
• Prepare daily/weekly admission and enquiry reports.
• Respond professionally to student concerns and provide appropriate support or referrals.
• Support the college's social media, digital promotion, and lead-generation activities when required.
• Perform multiple administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
• Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, staff, and external partners.
• Continuously learn about hospitality education, career opportunities, international education trends, and student counseling practices.
