Located at easy access in the heart of Kathmandu at Gairidhara which is exactly the east part of Narayanhiti National Museum, we believe the guests as our God since our culture reflects the same.

Job Description

  • Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, availability, procedures, and policies
  • Plan travel route details, and compute fares and fees, using schedules, rate books, and computers
  • Examine the customer’s documents, Assemble and issue required documentation, such as tickets, travel insurance policies, etc
  • Provide customers with travel suggestions and information sources, such as guides, directories, brochures, and maps
  • Explain travel regulations, policies, or procedures. Provide customers with assistance in preparing required travel documents and paperwork
